Shipping your order
Shipping availability and charges are displayed at checkout for your delivery address. Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase.
Our processing time is 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery time is additional and depends on your destination and shipping service. Any delivery estimate provided is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will share the tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear.
International orders
For cross-border deliveries, customs processing may affect arrival times. Any applicable duties and import taxes not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where supplied. Trying on an item to check its fit does not prevent a return, provided it remains in its original condition.
To request a return, email severnsdane24@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back. Do not use a business or parcel-sender address as a return address unless we confirm it.
For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. A tracked return service is recommended.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue, including your order number and photos where helpful. We will assess the issue and provide instructions. These terms do not limit your statutory rights or require you to pay costs that we are legally responsible for.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the refund available.
